Originally built in the early 1900s as a traditional three-storey residence, Icarus Loft has been thoughtfully reimagined into a contemporary 100 sq.m. living space that preserves its historic soul while embracing modern comfort. Hidden within the atmospheric alleys of Chania’s Old Town, the home offers a rare vertical loft experience just moments from the Venetian harbor.

The ground floor welcomes you with an open living area seamlessly combined with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed — an inviting space for gathering, dining, or unwinding after a day of exploration.

On the first floor, The Black Room provides cozy accommodation with twin beds, generous storage, and a compact private bathroom, creating a restful and functional retreat.
